The conference offered inspiration from their panel of speakers on topics of safety, leadership, and energy savings. Our partnership with WVU Industrial Extension is very valuable to the Felman team; they have provided supervisor and manager educational training, safety training to all employees as well as project assistance over the course of our partnership.

Working together since 2021 creating and strengthening our partnership, increasing skills to the Felman workforce and state of West Virginia.
